Last year we saw a huge increase in cyberattacks against organizations, following the Corona pandemic. Private organizations but also a large number of universities around the world were hit by devastating ransom ware attacks. What could the damage and aftermath look like if facing a large cyberattack at a university faculty? At Lund university the Medical faculty management wanted a better understanding of potential effect on their organization. They asked the university CISO (Chief Information Security Officer) Ingegerd Wirehed to look into this. The result will be shared at the LIRC meeting.
